damn, so you are not sending the fbi records now? until you hear from them?

"Please wait until you hear from us with further instructions and do not contact our office or send in any further documentation during that period."

The email response clearly states I should not until I hear from them... :-(

Surprise, Surprise - CIC increased processing time to send AOR from 20 weeks to 30 weeks.

Bibo - Please send everything at once.

I sent my application to CIC last month, check got encashed and no AOR yet.

I was expecting my FBI to come in April and have received last week. After this, I sent an email to CIC buffalo and got below reply from them... so I would say send all the documents in single shot.

Please allow at least 30 weeks between our receipt of an application and its return to you or our sending of the acknowledgment of receipt letter.
Please wait until you hear from us with further instructions and do not contact our office or send in any further documentation during that period.

So should we send the application without FBI or wait until we have the FBI report? (Ideally we should wait, but given the whole FBI time frame, I am confused)

I am in NJ and I am still struggling to obtain fingerprint cards to send to FBI. Its a long story and I am sure fellow NJ applicants must be aware of what I mean by that.
I have no idea when I will actually have the FBI report.
Not before another 3-4 months, and that is beyond the Nomination validity date.

If you are facing problems in finding the FBI FD-258 cards used for fingerprinting in NJ, then order the FD-258 card from ebay.com and then take it to a fingerprinting agency and get the fingerprinting done. Or you can even do it yourself at home once you get the FD-258 cards. Just make sure that you follow the instructions for fingerprinting as these days FBI is returning imprints that are not properly readable.

Thanks car33r.

I have actually set up an appointment at a professional fingerprinting agency in NJ.
http://www.newjerseyfingerprinting.com/

They charge $25 per applicant, I will be going there in near future and will post my experience here.

i suggest you keep calling FBI them till you get proper response- ask them what is the status of your fingerprint report...and when do they plan to mail it.   Every time you call you will get a new person to talk with...few dnt give much details and few are very helpful and give the info you were looking for.  So keep calling within 2-3 days interval till you get your answer.

can you give me the contact number..
