Virgo, the photos have to be supplied in an envelope. Attach the envelope to the 2nd page of imm008 generic form. Make sure u do not staple through photos. 4 photos of each family member, name & date of birth of respective member written on back of photos. 2. YES, fee can be paid as one consolidated MO, or certified check etc... - Virgos Virgos/Others,
Do we need to paste the photo in the space reserved for photo? My friend told me that he pasted photo on the space reserved for it.
Can we take ONE draft or cashier check for all (Applicant,spouse&dependents).

Only name and DOB,
read instruction on page 2 of 'IMM0008 generic form' bottom left, next to the space for photo

With reference to Page 14 on Provincial nominee guide http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EP7.pdf- On the back of one photo (and only one) in each set, write the name and date of birth of the person appearing in the photo as well as the date the photo was taken
- Enclose each set of photos in separate envelopes. Write the family member's name, date of birth and relationship to you on the corresponding envelope and close the envelope with a paper clip
- Photos must not be stapled, scratched, bent or bear any ink marks
With reference to helpful hints http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/quebec_prov_hints-conseils.aspx?lang=eng- Place immigration photos in an envelope and staple the envelope to the second page of the application being careful not to put a staple through the photos.
With reference to page 8 on CIC instructions http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdf- Supply four (4) photos for each member of your family and yourself

I applied for FBI clearance over two months ago , still have not heard back, can anyone confirm how long it takes for FBI to get back with the PCC and if there is a contact number we can call to check the status of the PCC. I got the PCC from Indian embassy in a week.

To your No. 8 point - from what I have read earlier and elsewhere I believe we are not required to send AINP Nomination Certificate. But still if someone wants to send the Nomination Certificate then I think it would be wise to send a copy and not the original certificate.
Can someone confirm or refute my observation?
Co-ask, I was wondering when we send document to CIC, do we have to send original AINP nomination certificate or a copy will be fine. PLEASE tell us if someone knows. |

Winter876 Since we are submitting application to buffalo, so I have followed 'Visa office specific guide for Buffalo' and the helpful hints for provincial nominees applying to buffalo........ Here is what is written in the helpful hints for submission to buffalo, follow this link for details http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/quebec_prov_hints-conseils.aspx?lang=engPoint # 4 under supporting docs. " 4.Provincial Nominee Certificate (for Provincial Nominees)" This is my suggestion: follow the Buffalo specific instructions. General Provincial nominee guide is one document for submission all around the world. - Virgos. FINALLY, I received my FBI certificate today. Here's my timeline for FBI clearance:
-Sent my request (fingerprint card) by USPS: 12/2/2009
-FBI received my request (USPS tracking): 12/7/2009
-FBI mailed out my certificate (postmark date): 3/1/2010
-Received my FBI certificate: 3/5/2010
But the official dates written on my FBI certificate are:
-Received: 12/14/2009
-Returned: 2/23/2010 (this is probably the date when FBI finished processing my case)
-Certificate was dated 2/25/2010
-At the bottom of certificate, "FEB 26 2010" was stamped in red ink
