Thanks Jasper,

Also for payment which one should we choose so that way we can find right away when they cash them out.

    * Money Orders
    * Postal Money Orders
    * Cashiers/Certified Cheques
    * Bank Drafts

Thanks

I don't know whether any of them have online tracking options. Post office money order can be tracked by contacting the local branch where the money order was purchased, but there may be a small amount of fee. MoneyGram money order has 24-hour automated 1-800 number for tracking (I think it's free). Western Union money order also has 1-800 number but I don't know about the fee.

I'll probably send Cashier's Check or Bank Draft because I may want to see the copy of cashed check. But I also want to hear opinion/experience from other members about these payment forms. Thanks.

Wells Fargo has a phone number you can call to get Status of the Official Check or Money Order for no charge.

Hope that helps.

Dear Experts

I received my AINP nomination letter yesterday and have some questions regarding the CIC process

1. From what i am reading in this forum, we need to send the forms, photos and PCC ( from FBI, states and India) only for the initial process and the medical information can be send later when requested. Is this right?

2. I haven't started the PCC process at all, so should I be applying for the FBI first as it takes the most time and than later for India PCC and state clearance.

3.If the FBI clearance is taking so much time than can we submit the application to CIC and submit the FBI clearance later.

Any help is appreciated and my apologizes if these are repeated questions.

Thanks

Dear Experts

1. From what i am reading in this forum, we need to send the forms, photos and PCC ( from FBI, states and India) only for the initial process and the medical information can be send later when requested. Is this right?

For CIC Application, yes these are the ones required now (addition to processing fees). Once you submit the application, and with the current time line, in about 2-3 months you will receive Medical request for which you need to schedule an appointment with the doctor and get your medicals done.

2. I haven't started the PCC process at all, so should I be applying for the FBI first as it takes the most time and than later for India PCC and state clearance.

Start with FBI, it's taking approximately 10 - 11 weeks, and in the middle say after 4 - 5 weeks apply for India PCC and State Clearance (optional). So that you will have it ready while you submit the application

3.If the FBI clearance is taking so much time than can we submit the application to CIC and submit the FBI clearance later.

Some are submitting without FBI, but opinion from the attorneys and senior members are that this may cause further delays as they may place your file on hold, but it depends if you would like to take some risk and not much worried about time. It's your take !

Any help is appreciated and my apologizes if these are repeated questions.

Thanks

Yes

Do we have to write on all 4 copies or just one ? I thought we only need to write behind 1 copy only. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks

Congrats rezendgi n chalocanada...
Now given the delays and amount of uncertainty, every step in this process appears to deserve a celebration when completed!
Cheers!
