Hi
At the time of submitting the application for Alberta Nomination, we filled all CIC application docs like IMM 0008 etc and send those copies to Alberta.So I am thinking we are going to submit the Original ( which is signed and dated at that time,means old date) now for CIC Process. Am I correct.How you guys are going to do that.Please let us know.

the dates have to be current- not old- i have read few old posts where the application was returned to be re-submitted after changing the dates to current. |

Should we get the fingerprint cards from FBI itself or any local agency cards can be used ?

I would like to know if anyone has applied to Indian consulate at Houston and how long does it take to get Indian PCC ? Would also like to know the following -
1) Do we have to send passport and visa copies with notarization?
2) $20 for return mail (Is this per person or one time for all family members)?
3) Can Driver's licence be sent as proof of address?
Any help would be appreciated.

5. Money Order/ Bank Draft for application fees (Make sure get MO/BD issued on same day when you mail packet to Buffalo)

There is a fingerprint copy on FBI site.... it is similar to the ones the Fingerprinting agencies have ..they have a standard card. And it says on the FBI fingerprinting form that " you may use the fingerprint card provided by the fingerprinting agency" - when you click on "standard fingerprint form" in link below- form with blue lines will open..there in the bottom of first page you will see all this written in black ink. NO, u need the PCC from state only if you have lived there for 6months or more. Also CIC application requires only FBI clearance & PCC from country ....... but they might ask us to send PCC from state later so it is a good idea to send it along with the initial application to CIC. |

I am planning to apply for PCC from DC embassy. Do they return the original passports or hold them. If hold they hold and in case of emergency how to get the passport back? please help me with this.
