Hi All,

Can anyone confirm, if i can submit rest of the documents to CIC and send PCC when available. If so then let me know if need to include any cover letter indicating the reason for missing PCC's to CIC.

Thanks

Jasper,

I was looking my info in the AINP tracker and it seems to have some missing dates and other info. here is the complete information:
AINP:
H1B     Pre-assessment    sent date     reached date        File #       File # date   info request     nomination
Yes     NO                      02/17/09     03/14/09      XXXX-XX-1242   05/20/09      11/25/09        11/26/09

CIC:
FBI date                  FBI done     CIC date sent
01/02/10                  No                01/20/10

Thanks for the good work!

Thanks, monteiromarcosb. I entered the missing info. The information on Timeline Tracker will be updated in 24-48 hours.

Hello everyone,

I have the same FBI timeline as JASPER. Last week I sent them an e-mail asking for status and below is their answer. No charge to my card yet.
Hope this helps.

 Thank you for your inquiry,

"Our processing time was updated due to the workload we have at the present time.  The normal processing time for a request is approximately 10 weeks from the date we receive it which was 12-07-09.  We do receive thousands of requests every day, with several thousand of those requesting the information to be expedited which we can not do. Hi Experts,

Some doubts regarding CIC application -

1) Can we pay the processing fee and RPRF together at the time of CIC application ? What is the general trend ?
2) Should we attach CC or Bank draft of the total amount (Myself, spouse and dependent - processing + RPRF) ?
3) Can we get the CC or bank draft in advance ? How long is it valid ?

I would appreciate if anyone can clarify this.

Thanks.

Hi desikiVAAT,

Yes, this is my 10th week... So I called FBI today but I was told that it would take 1-2 more weeks and that I should call again next week.

And what my law firm said in the email was that my police clearances had been requested by the visa office, so my police clearance would not be expired (but I haven't submitted my application to Buffalo yet). So I contacted the firm again but I still couldn't get clear answer from them. The biggest concern I had was my Japanese police clearance, which will expire in a month and can't be requested again. But according to the law firm, it is fine and I can rest assured that CIC will accept it (Anyway I haven't visited Japan for years, so I guess I shouldn't worry too much about it).

And I do understand the temptation of sending without FBI clearance! It may be good to submit your application without FBI clearance if your other PCCs are close to 3 months old.

No, my credit card hasn't been charged yet. It shouldn't take long once credit card is charged (according to FBI customer service representative).

That's a very good sign! If you call FBI (304-625-5590), you can check the status of your request and you may find more information.

Hi Guys

Has anyone obtained Finger print card from NJ?
I remember seeing a separate thread on this forum for NJ PCC etc.
However I am not able to locate it at present.

I have the following question,

Where will I find information to fill in (on the NJAPS2 form) items 1 to 8 ?
These items are
1. Originating Agency Number
2. Category
3. Status Number
4. Reason for Fingerprinting
5. Document type
6. Payment Information
7. Contributor's Case #
8. Misc.

(I believe, this is the form which needs to be submitted to Sagem Morpho OR this information needs to be provided online on their website in order to set up an appointment for fingerprinting in NJ.)

I talked to NJ Dept of Public Safety customer service and according to that lady I do not need the info. for items 1 to 8. However on the Sagem Morpho website that information is required, she asked me to contact Sagem Morpho. I havent been able to find any customer service rep. from their side till today, the 1 800 number is only an automated recording to set up an appointment.

Any help from NJ guys will be great.

To all Moderators, Following is my time line, kindly update the tracking sheet with it.
(I am on the April sheet of the tracking excel workbook)

NOC 2131
Appl. reached Alberta 04/04/09
File Number recvd 08/12/09
Doc Request 01/12/10
Nomination recvd 02/08/10

Thanks in advance.

Hi Guys,

I read in this forum that People submitted 3 months bank statements to CIC.Is it required.Any idea. Any Guys who submitted or having more knowledge please respond. Gone through the links. But if some body mention here in high level what documents that we need to submit to CIC will be for sure will be useful as every one in this thread are waiting for FBI and about to submit to CIC.
Photos..instructions...Best way to pay the fee to cross check again after encashing the cheques .Further steps like AOR,Medicals etc.

Thank you

We (Provincial Nominees) are NOT required to submit bank statements or proof of funds to Buffalo. Visa Office Specific Instructions for Buffalo (http://www.cic.gc.ca/EnGLish/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdf) lists all documents we need to send to Buffalo (Just follow "P" column for Provincial Nominee) and this is our best guide for CIC process.
