Thanks,  We do not need to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee when submitting application to Buffalo. We will pay it before our application for PR can be finalized. We will receive instructions to pay this fee when we will be issued PR visa.

You can take two.. no issues If that is the case, you can have cashier check instead of MO from BOA.

Thank You very much for the information. I wasn't sure if I needed to go to the courthouse or the SBI sam2canda, When I called them(NC) they took my emailid and send me the pdf(Application to review...).I filled that form and send it to them along with finger print card with my finger prints,with proper amount of Money order. Yes, we have to include Nomination Certificate in our CIC application. It is listed as one of the supporting documents in Buffalo Helpful-Hints website ( http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/quebec_prov_hints-conseils.aspx?lang=eng)
