Hello fears80/Jasper,

Iam planing to send my application to Buffalo, Could you please guide me how much Fee i need to send , iam the main candidate, and my wife as dependant.Your Quick response is appriciated.

Thanks,
Albertahero Grin

The processing fees are:
PRINCIPAL APPLICANT - US$510 or CAD$550
SPOUSE OR COMMON LAW PARTNER AND EACH DEPENDANT CHILD OF 22 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER - US$510 or CAD$550
EACH DEPENDANT CHILD OF LESS THAN 22 YEARS OF AGE - US$140 or CAD$150
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng

So your case should be: US$510 (principal applicant) + US$510 (spouse) = US$1020

We do not need to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee when submitting application to Buffalo. We will pay it before our application for PR can be finalized. We will receive instructions to pay this fee when we will be issued PR visa.

Can we take two Money orders(each US$510) for applicant and spouse?

or

only one money order(US$1020) for both?

Will there be any problem if we take two, because BOA is not issuing money order more than $1000USD.

You can take two.. no issues

If that is the case, you can have cashier check instead of MO from BOA.

All,

Do we have to include Nomination Letter with all other application documents we need to send to CIC, Buffalo ? I read some where that Alberta has already send Our nomination letter to CIC, Buffalo office.

Jasper or any one please clear this for me .

Thanks

Yes, we have to include Nomination Certificate in our CIC application. It is listed as one of the supporting documents in Buffalo Helpful-Hints website (http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/quebec_prov_hints-conseils.aspx?lang=eng)
