Hey All,
If Nomination certificate is valid for 3 months then whats the best time to apply for FBI clearance(8-12) weeks , i heard it takes more time than state PCCs.

Hey Guys,
Do we need to notarize the photocopies like we did for Ainp? it is not mentioned anywhere in CIC. It just says copies. Please let me know if we need to notarize documents like passport copies, H1b papers, marriage certificates like that...
Thanks a lot, Procan

They do not need to be notarized. But PCCs must be original, not copy.

Thanks. One more question did you filled out 3 copies of personal particulars performa for SFO consulate if yes then in item 10 what did you write ( loss of pass port date -N/A or blank same for 9 & 11 question. Thanks for help check out this for SFO consulate : http://www.cgisf.org/Maybe u can send the passport later but for that u will need to send notarized copy. Check out with your bank - most banks do it for free. Here it says: " If applying by mail, Photocopy of all supporting documents including Photo should be notarized and attached to the application. If original supporting documents are enclosed, there is no need of notarization. When the original passport is enclosed, there is no need to notarize photocopy"

I have used Certified check for FBI clearance. Do I see any info on my online bank account if they (FBI) cash $18 out. I know for sure we see when we use regular check , But I am not so sure about Certified check.
Any info will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
