When CIC make decisions on H & C case , do they care about how much $$$$ annually applicant's family is making? Is there any minimum annual income requirement for H & C cases? Our annually income is not much but we are not on any kind of social or government assistance.

CIC does not disclosed exactly what they base their H & C decision up on. It's all at the discretion of the officer who has the file, and if I'm not worng, they look at the financial independence part only after the AIP, if approuved.

The look at the financial part along with the medical, background checks, etc...
