Hi guys,
As I had withdrawn my last application in June 2010 and got an official letter in Sept. 2010  from CIO for getting refund in 4-6 weeks but still no reply.and then again I submitted my new application recieved by CIO on 7th OCT.2010 .I didn't get an AOR,but when I enter my withdrawn case AOR,today it shows my two names -one is of withdrawn case and another e-case shows IN PROCESS.What does it means ?As I didn't get any AOR.Is it in Visa office now?or what?pls. guide me......................

One is for withdrawn application,  other is for new application but E-CAS  still not to be trusted, so that IN-PROCESS could  be incorrect.   If it is correct,  you should receive your AOR soon.  We have to wait until E-CAS is 100% updated to know what is really our status.
