i'll send my papers and all the documents to my hubby this coming saturday, but suddenly i've read bout' details regarding translations of documents... can someone tell me if i do need to translate my letters and emails that we'll send to the CPC Mississauga.. do i need to translate it to english or french? if it's needed, do i need to hire professional translator?or can i translate it personally?!?

please help me guys, i'm so confused cause i'm thinking the papers we'll be sent to canadian embassy here in manila, so why would i need to translate it?

help guys!!!

what language are they written in now? They have to be written in 1 of the 2 official languages

Official documents should be in either French or English but I'm not too sure about your e-mails or letters to each other.  Try the Spouse Manila thread in this forum too, they might be able to give you a definite answer.

Oficials documents are the only required to be traslated with certified traslator. e-mails, etc I send those in my mother tongue, and were OK. I read on some forum that people traslate it theirself for the IO understand was is in the e-mails, but for my experience this traslation is not required, I have the DM on July 7, 2011. Hope that help. Good luck
