CHC Singapore send all using Registered service, its not courier but it is 90% safe.

Nope, we could find out about such a situation only when we contact CHC. K.Shahid had a terrible experience regarding missing mails.

That would be simply terrible or might urn out to be very costly loss!!! If someone waiting with all hope live on and meanwhile miss MR sent by normal post....made enquiry to CHC but by the time he/she might have realized to have passed out CHC given 45 days.... what gonna happen for such ill fated cases?
I think unlike AOR, CHC should sent the very important docs like MR as registered mail or could sent an e.mail copy  as preceding to snail mail at least to minimize the risk of such happening!!
