i am mitesh from gujarat. i  read your msg on this website and CIC wants to see your marriage photos. why they need?

CIC/ New Delhi Visa office always see marriage as a doubtful case or what?

and how did you solved your problem related to photos?

i am married to manisha. so will I have to face interview or without interview and which kind of doucments to prove my marriage?

Please guide me brother. appreciate for your help.

CIIP : It is wonderful in all terms. One can get all information right from pre-landing to post-landing.

It covers : All about canada. ( Economy,job,education,Interview preparation tips n all)

Also it give in details on Job specific information with all details.

CIC is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration levels plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories than room within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must stagger the review of applications throughout the year.

We do not anticipate that we will begin to process federal skilled worker applications from April 2010 during the current calendar year.

pre-assesed by cio once they pre-assesed then they inform you with 1st AOR.
another assesment done at CIC local VO, and they reviewed it thats the actual process start on your application.

I want to know whether US green card holder need to have VISA if he/she wants to visit Canada ?

Also want to know does canada PR holder need VISA if want to visit USA ?

No, if you have H1B, L1 or student visa  or GC of USA then you can visit canada at POE they will issue visa. No need to go at embassy.

** Correction : Canadian PR Card holder aka landed immigrants required visa to travel USA.

Are you sure that canada PR holder need no visit VISA for USA ?

I think one have to be Citizen.

ohh sorry new landed AKA PR holder required visa to travel USA.
H1B, L1 visa or GC holders can travel Canada with I797 & I94 + PR card (if they work at border area of Canada/ USA) but you can not travel without visa.

yes you need visa for travel USA on PR card (it's very easy to get stamping).

One of my friend has sent full document in July 2011. He got reply form CIC in case specific inquiry. The reply said your application processing time takes 2 or more years. you are allowed to take refund............It is so depressive.

kyak evu na hoi ke caps full thai gaya hoi
he applied in july 11 so no 1st AOR till now and he got this kind of email
