HOLD ON.. I have one confussion here, I sent my full documents on August 1st 2010, then why E-case display in-process and date is April 2010 months?
I got letter from CIO sydeny NS in March 28 , 2010 (first AOR from NS)
then I sent my full documents in 1st August 2010.
What this status mean now In-process with April 2010 month date...
whats the hell, I just open my .pdf file which I get it from CIO in email.
and I realized when I sent documents and whats the date is in this status.
ohh my god.... what is this going on....
please guide me.

E-case before was RBVO. then afetr 1month In-process without information then again RBVO till yesterday morning May/02/2011 when I chcked my E-case.
Today May/03/2011 just I checked and its display now In-process with complete information.
What the hell is going on with buffalo and CIC E-case status page.

Himanshu, the file transfer date that have mentioned is the date when they have transferred your file from Nova Scotia to buffalo office. When you first time apply for the visa at NS, upon approval of your case, they transfer your file to the local office as you have mentioned in your application. If you mention your local visa office as a nw delhi than your file will be transferred to new delhi. So what i can think of is on April 20, 2010 NS visa office has transferred your file to buffalo office. As you sent all your documents to buffalo office, you see the third line stating that "Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review" the change in the status from RBVO to In Process and than again to RBVO and back again to In Process is just seems technical glitch and nothing more...all my guesses went wrong for the few of the new delhi applicants who applied in May, i have no idea about your case as well that how much time it will take...just keep the fingers crossed and keep me informed about you....things gonna be on track later or sooner...it should.... |

Thanks lots pareshbhai, arey yaar 2nd AOR madyo pachhi aa 4 mahine update in-process pachhu joyu, haadu aa CIC wada loko ne kharey khar koi DB admin wado e-case matey joiye emm lagey chhe.... anyway now I guess wait for another update (4months again I guess) , emay kai nahi hoy toa lage chhe aa PR process bija 2 thi 3 vars kadhi nakhsey heheheheheh.... Gujaratibhaiyo kem chho, I am not from Gujarat but my grandparents (4th generation) was from Gujarat and we migrate at Kashi (banaras UP) then we migrate back to mumbai. but we are gujarati but mix, becasue my father Gujarati origin and mother from UP, even grand mother also from UP.
we speak gujarati little but we speak more hindi.
hun gujarati saru janu chhu, karnke mara padosiyo gujarati chhe, aney anhiya usa maa pan gujarati padosiyo chhe.
anyway can you guys help me in this e-case status :
I got my second AOR last friday May 06, 2011 by email.
its simple barcode on top, with letter head of the Government of Canada Consulate General of Canada, below with printed "B" series then number by Buffalo NY.
but my e-case display is : Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office.
They are pending review. then without review my documents Buffalo issued 2nd AOR? does it means here is chances for any decission acceptance or rejection?
right now E-case have only 2lines above I mentioned, no address and even no other update.
what buffalo did on my documents since last end of august 2010 to 2nd AOR date?
remember I am after june 2010 applicant of new noc list of 29. I sent my all documents on time without missing single day.
any comments seniors.
