Regarding PCC, same happened with me what was with shreya.

Now I have three questions regarding Birth Date, passport and transcripts.

First question regarding Birth date. When I was studying in school, My DOB was wrong. My license and school leaving certificate contain wrong date of birth. But my passport contains original one. I have the affidavit of the changed DOB from wrong to original which was done on around 2004. So do I need to attach this affidavit with the full documentation?

Second question regarding passport. I have renewed the passport. There is not any stamp on any of passports. They are blank. So do I need to attach all the pages of both the passports or only latest passport copies are enough?

Third question regarding Transcripts. I have the transcripts in college sealed envelope. Do I have to put them in University sealed envelope or college sealed (with principal signature) is enough?

Below are the answers of your queries

Yeap, ur thinking in right direction, u've to attach this affidavit along wid ur other docs...

send copy of all the pages of both passports even if its blank...the renewed passports will have details of old passports, CHC may ask you details of that old passport at later stage, better you send them at this point of time..no harm doing it, just the photo copy expense, nothing else...

Third question regarding Transcripts. I have the transcripts in college sealed envelope. Do I have to put them in University sealed envelope or college sealed (with principal signature) is enough?

i think university provides the transcript in sealed pack condition, you can not put iit into university sealed pack....as in ur case, as u have college provided sealed pack transcript, just go with it...whatever u have dont break the seal...

Yea, the FDs of your wife with her father's name, bilkool chalse....just the question, FDs ketli juni chey?? jo recent FD hase to it may create some doubt...i hope ke tamari FD juni hase as it contains your father in laws name...

biji ek vaat, FD ni amount vadhare na batavta, even,i advise you, jetla paisa batavana hoy etlaj batavjo over all POF ma....show them only required POF, n not above that...for instance, if u have to show 17000 CAD, show them 17750 or 18000 CAD...but dont show them more money...and specially dont put FDs with high amount...this is my personal advise....just have below combination of POF

( Bank + Stocks + Mutual Fund + FDs + PF + Some Fund in Spouse Bank Account )...show them a blend of these and all will be good...

marey eak problem chhe, mara points IELTS band sathey ganu toa 62 thay chhe, me NOC 0213 maaj apply karyu chhe, havey IELTS ni date pan nathi , VO ea kahelu ke IELTS jama karav 45days maa, aney jama karavi , 3 try marya pan full score naa ayo, pachhi VO ney moklyu result toa VO ea kahyu ke koi project banavyo hoy toa moklo, je proof karey ke tamaru english saru chhe min 15 pages, toa mey maro technical project mokli didho jema 25pages chhe, su lage chhe maro case in-process maa jasey, haju status badlayu nathi, document recived by VO lakheluj chhe.
please koi advice apo.

Pareshbhai, I got 2nd AOR and its In-process as per my lawyer, but he dont give me 2nd file number, he told me that its for them only, if I made mistake online then create problem, but he sent me screenshots of the my e-case status page. on E-case status page address is the lawyers address (anyway my lawyer is my family relatives so not to worried).
