Today morning, I have been to Ahmedabad passport office with all the required documents including "printed first AOR" and "police verification certificate (PVC)". But they refused to accept the application. The reason they told me is "I want the original call letter of canada". I replied him so many times that I just get the email and what is the original document of email? Then also he did not accept. then I felt "eni bairi e maaryo hashe."

Now please tell me, will CIO send the posted letter?
If yes then should I wait of it as I received my first AOR on 30th september, it has already been past 24 days.
Or the PVC is enough and will replace the need of PCC?

Dear Dhavalbhai,
Mari understanding pramane,PVC & PCC is same thing.
Hu pan May Applicant chu but I am from Abu Dhabi.
I also got AOR on 3oth Sept.
Maru Abu Dhabi nu PCC bani Gayu che and for Indian PCC,applied in Abu Dhabi consulate in Abu Dhabi which will take 30 days.
baki bolo biju shu che nava juni..NOC kayu che??!!

Dear Dhaval,

I am sure that once you get the email for the 1st AOR, you wont be getting any mail from their side. So, do not wait for the mail. As I am living in NY, I went to the Indian Embassy and they did not ask for single document from my side. According to me you should show them the email printout along with the ND Documet list (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37029.pdf).

I did as you told. I showed him the last two paragraphs of email also which contains the security precautions. But he was replying only one sentence, I need original.

Hi Dhaval,

This is very strange, when we applied for PCC (in mumbai) we got the PCC in just 3 days...........

Secondly, they did not asked to submit any documents stating the request but only the form......

I don't understand why all the India passport office work in different way??

It happens only in India.....

No need to approach Passport office. Tame direct Commissioner office shahibaugh jao tya thi tamne pcc nu form malse pachi e fill up kari ne badha address proof na docs attach kari ne api dejo.. vyavhar karvo padse pachi inquiry tamara najik na police station ma avse.. (fari pacho vyavhar)

Procedure bahuj easy che dont worry fakt veyvhar sambhali lejo etle kam fatafat . i got it within a week.

This is Shreya from Ahmedabad, i have got my AOR on 1st Oct. Only.

I have received my PVC same as you from all after Police vyavhar within two days. Have aagal PCC mate Ahmedabad regional passport office ma su procedure che that I dont Know because tomorrow morning me and my husband will be going there, and as per suggestion i will bring copy of mail with signature over there, lets see what happens, but i will give you feedback on this.

Dear shreya, dhaval and all who are preparing docs.

police verification certy (pvc)and police clearance certi (pcc) both are same.

if u obtained either frm commissioner office or frm passport office, will serve the purpose. My advice is if you belong to ahmedabad, obtain it from commissioner office bcoz if you approach passport office, they will also send it to commissioner only.

as rightly said by Uni, vyavhaar maange chey a loko, baaki koi takleef nathi....they are asking for original letter, take the print out of the check list (E37029), in that check list, embassy has mentioned in point 12 that they need Police clearance certificate....tell them, its a original one.....

actually aa badha ni koi jarurat nathi hoti pan jya shudhi public ne heran na kare tya sudhi aa loko ne chain nathi padtu....paisa khavdavo ane kaam ukelo aa niyam chey aapdi system no.....anyway, good luck....

2 year Diploma in Pharmacy = Fulltime

3 year Bachelor in Computer Application = distance mode from IGNOU , New Delhi

2 year Master in Business Administration = Distance mode from ICFAI University .Dehradun. 

My both the Distance university is UGC Approved .

Ane biju kai ahmedabvad ma CIC na mujab Notatory copy kya thi karvi & su charge le che ?

tamne fakt 2 years diploma na j point malse kem k chc na rule mujab full time course hovo joiye though it is approved by UGC.

tamara qualification na tamne 20 points malse.

abt notary u can approch to any notary pan evu lakhavva nu na bhulta k "CERTIFIED TO BE THE TRUE COPY OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT DATED-----"

Avo stamp na hoy notary pase to banavdavi dejo tamara kharche 30-50 rupya thase pan kam majbut thase. and notary 10 Rs ni aas pass le che bargaining thay che 5-7 rupees ma saru kevay.
