OMM Bhai,

I recd my application bak sterday.... they hav sent a letter along wit it stating that my application was recd after the CAP was filled so they r returning it karinae. Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

Maru e-cas status che "we reviewed your file and started processing on 30-01-2012". 5 week thai gaya pan koi update nathi, to su atyare "CAIPS" apply karu ke pachi 2-3 week haju rah jovu ane pachi apply karu? Tame su suggest karo cho?

I dont think that you need to apply CAIPS right now.


Generally after processing dates it takes average 4-5 month to get MR.

Wait still you are under the processing time.

ohh so sad, than they updated cap later, they got many applications once you sent... so sad.. wait till new cap reset... once your NOC will there send it, till keep your eyes open.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February XX, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February XX, 2012.

I dont know which letter they sent on XXth Feb./ Till date I did not received any letter from NDVO. does anyone have idea what it is??

My address disappeared, I have checked today but it may be disappeared from long time. what dose it means? is it good sign? My medical line was updated on 15 Feb 2012."Medical results have been received"

till date status "IN Process".when it will turn into DM?
