jay its saturday sunday so we have work in home hahahah sorry for late reply.
if he worked for over 4years you can calim 21points, NOC 1year experience + rest of other experience match in other noc level O A B category will count full points.

I hope u r all fine over there.

Ommbhai, I have one Question regarding experience point calculation. One of my friend working with me got experience as following :

May 2003 to November 2003 as a trainee in a motor vehicle repair shop with the stipend of Rs. 750/month.


Dec 2003 to Dec 2005 as an assit. Motor mechanic in a motor
vehicle repair shop with the salary of Rs.1250/month

January 2006 to May 2008 as a Sr. Motor mechanic in a motor vehicle repair shop with the salary of
Rs.2450/month


then he went to Australia for almost 2 and a half year for study .
He came back in the Dec 2010 and from January 2011 to till date ,he is working as a Supervisor in a motor
vehicle repaire
shop.

So now he wants to apply in the month of February 2012 in the same noc code i.e NOC code 7216, in which
 I applied . But I am little bit confused about the work experience point calculation .

he can claim only 15 point for the position of supervisor which he hold for only one year in the motor vehicle repair shop.

Or he can claim 21 points because he worked as a supervisor for 1 year , as a Sr. Motor mechanic for 2+ year & as an Assit. Motor mechanic for 2 year. Overall he got more than 5 years of
experience in the same skill and trade.


What is ur opinion in this matter . Is he eligible to claim 21 points or he can claim only 15 points.
Plz guide me so I can tell him wat to do.

Hi Amish,

For your spouse...you dont have to provide any detailed JD etc not required at all. Only evidence that she has been working or has worked (even this is not req, because no points for her W.exp). This will only give an idea to VO that she can work and contribute towards Canadian society....nothing else.

Just provide evidence for her EDUCATION properly....as you will get points for that.

I have appeared for an interview on 8th December 2011 and the interviewer told me that she is approving my application and will send me further Medical request correspondence.

I think there is an update in my case thats why the address got disappeared today.

I want to ask New Delhi applicants: Do your addresses got disappeared today from your status If everybody has the same situation of address disappearing today then there might be some system error or they are updating their site in general.

Please, clear my doubt. Please check your status today at least once for me and give your valuable reply. Because it matters a lot for me.

Maru NOC 0213 total 6years 8months experience under same NOC, baaki IT 11years 7months experience.

CIO Sydeny NS thi maru AOR avi gayu aney Full documents haju nathi moklya, 120 divas ni notice 20 august 2010 sudhi chhe.
