Me evu sambhadyu ke aa vakhate processing ni speed dhimi kari...!
mane lage che ke aa afava che pan satya pan khabar nathi..!

backlog bahu chhe 2008 pehla aney pachhi nu means pre june 2010 vadao nu, etle ema ministrial instruction 1 , 2 slow chhe thodi , ema MI1 toa bahuj slow, MI 2 is okay but now it's slow too. atyare 2011 - 2012 june ni process is ontime pan khabar nahi kyaarey slow thayi jaay. mey jyaare apply karyi tyare buffalo noa timeline 10month hato pachhui vadhi ne 15month thayo aney havey 23 months. havey aaloko back log clear karva madya chhe, amuk loko naa rejection , MR aney filo transfer thava lagi chhe, etle kaik toa result jaldi avsey jey loko vars thi wait kare chhe ea badhanu. OMM OMM bhai...

Ommbhai,
I know this is very common question from everyone but i see updated in everyones case why i am not hearing anything from CIC not even transfer or any thing is it normal mari time line dekho mara time vala badha ne kai to avu che mare till today kai avu nathi only reply from cic that you file in process matlab kai process che khabar nathe padti kai prakas nako yar koi idea kharo kyare aa CIC mane kai mokal se.

send case specific enquiry to VO or order CAIPS note. transfer file to other visa offices is not must but Buffalo have lots of application so buffalo share workload with other VO's inside USA. dontworry you will sure heard back, whats your e-case till date. OMM Ommbhai,

Omm bhai  Jai Shri Krishna.. Me & wife both are planning to apply for PR under new system. My wife smita is M.SC(Biotech) & have a 2 year of work-x of X-Ray tech. She also cleared IELTS (GT) wt 7.5 band.I have 8 yrs of work-x in accounts,logistic & admin. so in our application she will be the principal & i am co-applicant. we have lots of relative in Canada & most of them r ready to support us. So can u plz guide us for application. Dharmesh |

Bhai thodu samjanu nai...!!  MI1 and MI2 etle shu..? hu pharmacist ni category ma 3131 ma file che etle hu kema kehvau..? ane visa office ni time-line vishe pan thodi samjan na padi..!  New Delhi Visa office na shu samachar che..? e pramane..?? Mari time line Application received on 22 August,2011 First PER on 15 November,2011 So have aa mujab ane Delhi office ni current time-line mujab andajit Shu paristhiti rehse..? by the way OMM bhai Dil thi thanks....!!! tamara guidance mate...!! |

Thats ok but your wife will not get full points for experience becasue for fullpoints she needs >4years and more experience, thats ok if you have any relative like uncle, inlaws , borther or sister in Canada than you will get points for adaptability, they can not help you more than adaptability points, yes you can land and stay with them thats after getting visa but in for immigration visa you claim relatives points only. if you are graduate you claim points for you spouse education too. read manual and guide on CIC.gc.ca for more detail.
