arey last 3 mahina ni salary chalse, kai wandho nahi aavey, aney offer letter navo lailoa apdi india ni companiyo deti hoy chhe navo offer letter immigration matey. tamarey experience certificate + offer letter + 3mahina ni salary slip mokli doa chalse, 10vars ni naa moklay bhai latest ma bahu bahu toa 3 thi 6 mahinaa ni moklay pan eloko 3mahina sudhi ni pan accept kare chhe. arey offer letter mast hoy toa salary slips pan nathi mangta, pan tamey mokljoa.

Biju e janavo ke visa office inquiry kyar thi start kare chhe..?? i mean ene je badhu moklelu chhe te sachu chhe ke nahi e badhu.. ane inquiry seni seni kare chhe? ane kai rite inquiry kare chhe?

Visa office Background check vakhtey inquiry karey pan badhaney nahi. mostly employement verification call kare joa kai doubt hoy toa ea phone experience letter ke referance ke offier letter maa mentioned number hoy ena par phone karey, pan badha applicant ne aa call nathi jatoa. joa biju kai doubt hoy like marriage jevu toa ea interview matey bolave nahi toa marriage photos moklo eam letter mokley. Bhai evi paristhiti ke tame raja par cho ane varification mate call ave to tamara boss em kahese ke tame raja par cho...ane e loko pacha tamane phone karse..ke amish bhai..tame aje shu karo cho..? tyare tame em kesho ke hu aje raja par chu to kai vandho nai..!! Matlab ke information contradict na thavi joye koi pan sanjogo ma..!! Visit kare evu to mane kyay janva ma nathi aavyu..ane very rare case ma kyarek bane Hope it helps..  |

OMM Bhai maru ek prashna che.
I just happended to check once again my application filed to CIC. Maru consutant has written wrongly in the application form about my designation of my previous employer.
Designation with present employer barrabar form ma lakeelu che but designation with previous employer is wrongly written by my consultant.
Maru official designation and as per HR records with previous employer actually was F & B assistant, but I have carried responsibilities at a supervisory level hence accordingly my reporting manager while issuing experience letter has mentioned that I was capable enough to take responsibility at a supervisory level handling independently the responsbilities given to me and has mentioned in my experience letter that I was acting supervisor.
My consultant has written Supervisor for my previous employer whereas I feel the consultant should have written F & B assistant.
Please note I have already got my PER approval and also received 2nd AOR. Will I have any problem in my future process for the wrong designation written for my previous employment.
OMM Bhai please give your suggestion.

No problem at all, but you have to inform visa office for the same. tamen koi muskeli naa padey aney amuk mistake CIO chalave chhe karn ke experience certificate hoy attached karelu. CIO loko title nathi jota NOC nu. eloko badhu role and duties kayi kari chhe ea juvey tamara experience ni. better to send covering letter and inform VO for that mistake, otherwise if VO have doubt may be they will call for interview too. but that all depends on visa officer. NDVO ne email kerva mate tame je e-mail application ma darshavyo chhe ej e-mail thi kervano rehse. have application vakhate consultant no email id hoi to emna id per thi ane jo tamaro hoi to tamara id per thi.. koi pen further correspondence either to CIO/NDVO you need to use only your registered e-mail which you have mention in your application.
