Ketlo time lagse te khabar nathi. Koi idea apso ke ketlo time lagse first AOR malwama.

Poison, atyare toa eakj problem chhe yaar...
I have problem with Italian PCC (I stayed 4years there), I sent 1 USPS post and its Lost by USPS, USPS shows the case that is misssent and no more update, again I sent Fedex documents after 18 to 19th days I get back return courier cover back my home and mentioned that they dont find address of italian court in which town I was stayed.
I resent it by Fedex on same address with Telephone , Email Website on cover, now they get it and they already called me that they got my application and they will start process on it and it will takes minimum 60 days to 80days max. after getting it I have to send for translation at authorised translators here in the USA.
now my situation is I must have to send full documents before the 120days will over (it will be in 20th August 2010).
what to do if I dont get only my Italian PCC?
can I send all PCC and Full docs without Italian PCC and can I send applicaiton mentioned that what happend with my italian PCC application.
if I send it without italian PCC the CHC buffallo will accept my full application in this situation?
please help needed in this situation.

@ OMM,
you should send all the necessary documents that you have with you at this point of time and explain the scenario why you are not able to send the Italian PCC however you will be sending them as soon as you will get it from Italian authority. In this forum only, i have noticed people with the same case and later on they submitted the PCC...
try to get all the PCC from all the other countries you visited, enclose them with your file and inform them Italian PCC is in progress with the letter that you receive from Italian authority.
Would not be issue....

I recon you should proceed without Italian PCC. Although, you would be required to present 2 PCCs from Italy as suggested by CIC website. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/europe/italy.aspWhat I suggest is, contact Italian authority from https://www.giustizia.it/giustizia/prot/it/mg_14_10.wp and write about your requirements. Then co-ordinate with them to get your PCCs. This is the best way to get it. Do not delay/extend your 120 days limit coz of this one thing and as such you still have about 70 days in hand... So go ahead...without wasting any time... and if you do not achieve in this 70 days, continue with you submission and draft a letter to CHC Buffalo stating your situation. But make sure that you begin Italian PCCs procedure now, do not begin at the end of 120 days! Good luck... |

Tamare external university na point na ganiye to koi pharak pade chey??? i mean, whats ur total points excluding the external masters course....say for example, if u r getting 70 points and if u exclude ur masters degree and consider only bachelors and take 22 points, ur total would still reach to 67 and u r safe to go...ane jo masters na points na ganiye ane 67 points nathi thata, to bhagwab jaane ane visa officer jaane shu thase...generally external na pan 25 points male chey....Op6 manual pramane jo tamara external degree ma 1 week ma 15 hours nu education thatu hoy to te degree valid ganay chey...chinta na karo, badhu saru thayi jase...

Good luck... 70 to 80days they will take only to process , and if my courier missplaced then problem you dont know italian postal + courier services, its worst, I nver trust on italian post and courier services, and embassy or consulate never helps you for this PCC, , I sent documents to my local city office and at Rome too. lets see..
