Congragulations Mr. Yash Patel for the good news.... Omm bhai, I have a doubt when i applied for the PR we had to show funds for Rs. 9 lacs but by the time i arranged for the funds n submitted they had increased to 11 lacs.... so i have sent them the proof of settlemet for 10 lacs, wil they refuse my application based on this reason, becos i heard they have very lame reasons to refuse the application... is that so?  ? |

My status also shows an update with an additional line.
" Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February xx , 2012."
What does exactly mean? Does it mean the points are accumulated, and application is eligible for further process?
Please guide me and will wait for your valuable replies.

yes mostly, now a days they dont accept any application with lack of small information thats true but sill it's depend on VO. safe side you can send new updated POF statement copy to ndvo. as per your forum profile information that you get PER from cio now your file at local ndvo. right, so send updated statement as soon as possible. you will be ok. means you awarded sufficient points for PR and VO is now working on your application, this is the mostly background check process, you will be heard VO soon. once your all documents are good enough you will get MR RPRF PPR requests, if incase some documents are missing or VO not satisfied may be VO will invite you for interview too. now your actual your waiting time start from this point. OMM HEY guys

Dear all,
aapda loko ne chhodi ne bije puchhva gayo Huto pun bhaav na malyo etle ahi repeat karu chhu.
I'm preparing FSW application. Before few months, this wasn't an idea and I use to park all my saving into Equity market and was hating FD as my saving. Somewhere, I learnt that, Equity investement is not valid as POF for application.
My query is: Can I show Provident Funds statement as POF. Can I also use my wife's PF statement to make up the requirement of funds (some C$ 13,800) for 3 of us.

as per my knowledge PF (provident fund) is not accepted as POF, equity investment pan naa chale... tamey joa PF naa paisa hoy toa ea savings account joint maa muki doa, post ni reciept sachvi rakho ea prove karva chale ke paisa eakdum tamari jodey aaya kyaathi... loan ke udhar nathi lidha immigration matey ea prove kari sakay... Hi Friends! I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Me jyare April-2010 ma file muki hati tyare $16,500 (approx for 3 people) POF ni jarur hati ane me INR 8 Lac nu POF mokalyu hatu. Atyar ni requirement pramane $17,100 ni jarur pade. Mari file Jan 30, 2012 thi process ma levayi che. To shu VO mari file insufficient fund na karane reject kari shake?
