yes thats from FBI only. mey indian PCC, FBI clearance aney italian PCC pan jama karavelu (remember italian consulate or embassy dont help you to get this for that it's seperate process to send italy for PCC request. so, our indian embassy and consulate is too nice than italian counsulate, actually italian consulate all over the world they dont have facility for PCC, even I stayed some countries but not more than 6months so do not required PCC's).

Hello , friends.
I got PPR/MR/RPRF today morning by e-mail. thanks to all of u, without whom it can't be possible.
please advise me i am going to do my medical at ahmedabad, if any one gone through this, share your experience and let me know how much time it will take, and i am planning to do it on 31st december on saturday. and shere me nature of doctor and how much time they will take to send new delhi after completing medical. about RPRF- CAN WE PAY BY ONE CHEQUE FOR BOTH OF US.how to pay medical, by cash, cheque ,DD, credit card or anyone else?

Recently I have completed my interview process on 8th Dec 2011 at NDVO and the interviewer at last told me that she will send me medical requests through e-mail. I think she is satisfied with me. Can you please, give me the E-MAIL ADDRESS through which you got your MR/RPRF/PPR requests ? So, I can check in my mail box if any email has come regarding the same. Because, I have got the Interview Call Letter in my Spam box. Some times it happens. So, please give me the same, it will be helpful for me in checking my emails. And yes, please give me the subject title of that email which you have got. Regards, Yash |

I had applied under old immigration rules under FSW in Nov 2005, got file no. in FEB 2006, later in DEC 2009 received a letter from New Delhi office regarding my decision for processing my file if i am interested for immigrating to Canada or else they will refund my application fees. I had shown my interest in immigration but later than no progress...still my file status shows "in process".
Dear friends, please let me know if anyone from this forum have any idea about the latest status of the immigration under FSW...

Anilbhai.. June-2010 pachi immigaration process change thai gai che etle e loko navi category ne visa jaldi aap che. Juna backlog e loko sathe clear kare che pan eni koi time limit nathi. ane juni file pan evi clear thai che j loko ni category navi category sathe match thai. etle jo tamari category navi category ma aavti hoi to kaam jaldi thase nahi to tamare haju gano wait karvo padse. Etle jo tamari category nava ma hoi to tame juni file widraw kari ne navi file muki sako cho. ane tamari category nava ma na hoi to tamare wait karya sivay kai chutko nathi.. aa maro abhipray che..by d way hu pan surat thi j chu. baki all the best regards, |

Same proces hoy, tamey PR maatey karo toa pan same LMO - AEO levanu, bev maa time toa sarkhoj ley.
PR maa modu thay work permit 30divas maa madi jaay LMO madya pachhi aney apply karya pachhi.
joa LMO hoay toa ea FSW2 kehvay immigration process thodi fast thay (NOC code jodey koi leva deva nahi), pan arranged employement maa tamey land thaav tyaa sudhi tamari jodey job offer hovu joiye.
Category 1 (FSW 1): For persons in an occupation which corresponds to the list of occupations identified in the Ministerial Instructions and have evidence of one year of continuous full-time (or full-time equivalent) experience in that occupation;
Category 2 (FSW 2): For persons who have arranged employment offer with a Canadian employer; OR
Category 3 (FSW 3): For students or workers who are legally residing in Canada, and have done so for at least 12 months immediately before submitting their application.

Boss mane kehso ke aa ghana badha ahiya forum ma keh chhe ke mari to 2005 ni file chhe ane koik keh ke 2007 ni file chhe to aatlu badhu delay kai rite thai jai? enu su reason? kaya karene modu thai jai?
ane jo hu navi file hamna ni category ma muku to hu 1 vars ma expected rakhi saku visa madva matenu? delay kaya kaya sanjogo ma thai sake?
