That I don't know actually but since last four months its showing "In process". Whats your status ? Have you submitted PCC ? and when you receive your MR then just let me know because I haven't too. |

PCC Not sent.
Waiting for MR.
As you have applied in Feb 2011 so the application has been made in the last June 2010-June 2011 year. According to this year's rule your application is transferred to ND VO. now one letter will come to you asking for your PCC and income tax documents first. If they feel then they can take your telephonic interview in between my friend. 1) Funds 2) PCC 3) Medical This is the standard procedure. It seems lots of time is remaining for your MR. around 4 months.[/list] |

that you must have to know and be prepared for landing. after granting VISA the POE officer will look your visa, medical papers , POF , B4 forms etc mandatory docs are there, if you fail to prove requested documents then the POE officer will return you back , otherwise no reason to return you back, once your all docs are well set. so, becarefull that land before medical , visa or passport which one is latest expired, bring complete or more amount of requested POF, fill out B4 form nicely , keep handy all madatory documents, no one will return you back from POE if requested documents are clear and good enough. that you must have to know and be prepared for landing.

Its must to prove you have enough settlement fund with you at POE sometime the officer will count it if you have cash, sometime POE officer look it without count, but POE officer mostly ask you this fund you have it with you or not (POF as form of CASH, Demand Draft or USA or canadian bank statement if you have) (if you are not under arranged employement). B4 form is your good to follow form, means which goods you are going to bring with you!! you have to mentioned each and every goods. (for example: if you are going to bring your laptop when you plan to land, you have to mention laptop brand name, serial number with cost. same as rest of other stuffs you have to mentioned in B4 form).
