HI Guys,
How we should make BD for RPRF 490$+490$?payable to whom?

The letter which I recieve for my medical,PCC and RPRF ,there is written:
(please used the enclosed reply label when responding to this letter,and enclose this letter or a photocopy with your reply.)

There is a white sticker label with nos. B.........written on it?is it the same label  using on the envelope or how??

Everything is mentioned with RPRF letter please go through it.
Even CIC website have all CHC Address and manual for RPRF, link on Fees section.

The bank draft should be made for the exact amount and in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada".
The number is your second AOR, use that number on envelope, if confussion use manual and read RPRF letter carefully.
