hi friend ... i am june 2010 applicant ..after long time my states has changed ,,it is recieved by new delhi visa office.....

NDVO worked on files that Submitted to CIO on June 2010 last week and alot of applicants got there ecas changed to RbVO from CIO review

RbVO and IP for quite sometime means longer wait time in the signals.
So if you know the traffic rule. until it gets green, zzzzzzzzzzz . lol.
