Guatemala Visa Office Mailing Confusion

Just received E-mail from CIC telling me to submit complete application to Guatemala Visa Office and gives this address:

The Canadian Embassy
Immigration Section
P.O. BOX 400
Guatemala City
Guatemala

But,  the Visa Office Specific Instruction Booklet says to mail application to this address:

The Canadian Embassy
Edyma Plaza, 6th Floor,
13 Calle 8-44,  Zone 10
P.O. BOX 400
Guatemala, C.A.

Which one should I use?

1.  Mail first address, courier 2nd address.

Second address is correct and what catergory you applying and kindly give us your timeline. Guatemala office will long time to reply I dont know why?
