Hello Everyone, I need some help about this BC PNP and Guaranteed job Offer form. I am currently working for a bank under Skilled worker - Work Permit and I am trying to apply under BC PNP, my question is even if I have a perm. position and currently working Do I still have to fill this form?...it's been difficult because in first place the Bank is no longer doing BC PNP and now my imm. Consultant told me he can do it on my behalf by they still need my employer to sign this form and I am thinking that my employer may refuse to sign it. I know it will be a fairly faster process but my fear is that they don't want to sign it. Please any advise?. Also I know the Bank has done BC PNP in the past but no longer doing it so, is it a must to fill up all the fields in A, B, C & D Items, remember I already have a job....Thanks again

Unless the OP is working as an accountant or financial manager or auditor, will not qualify for FSW1, needs 2 years skilled work in Canada to qualify for FSW3 to qualify. PMM |
