hello everyone:

I would like to express my problem and hope that someone could clear it or simply share their thoughts about my problem. you see i was granted with a single entry tourist visa for january to take part in an exam in canada... Now miraculously my profession was included in the federal skilled workers, and let's say i met the 67 points requirement.. can I start my application for Immigration NOW while at the same time waiting for January to visit Canada and still will come back after the due time for visit? Is there something wrong with this? did I violate any immigration law?can I simply proceed with my immigration application now?

Hi,

You cant start your application now and can also go to Canada in January without any problems. I have seen people who have applied for FSW and have visited Canada in between without any problems and you dont need to mention about your FSW application to the immigration when you visit canada in jan.

Cheers
