Hi All,
just got a letter yesterday dated July 9th that they have granted us an ADR. They did not give us a hearing date but they said I would be called or recieve another letter with the date. Have any of you gotten a letter like this before and if so, how long did it take before you got a date?

Yes, you'll get a letter and it will be soon . . . at least it was for us.  It seems to me (mind you, we're talking almost a year ago now) that it was only about a week after we were notified that our case had been accepted for ADR we got the hearing date notification.  The frustrating part was that we had to wait another four months from then to the ADR - and then the ADR was a flop.  We're still waiting for our full appeal and it's been 20 months since refusal.  Hopefully things will go better for you!

Thanks RobsLuv,
I think I will just feel better knowing when the date is, even if it is months down the road.
