Hi, please check your country-specific list of requirements for study permit application.  From my experience, the visa office does not ask for previous mark sheets/transcripts/grades.  They only want to see proof of your acceptance at the educational institution, proof of funding, and ties to home country.  They also want to know if there is a relevant connection between your intended program of study and your plans for the future.
