hey guys.

I am a Candian and I had applied for my fiance 's visit visa but got rejected. She is an Indian citizen living in Dubai. She is currently on her Dad's visa. We are getting married end of December of this year and immediately sponser her for PR. Since i got a bunch of replies saying the visitor's visa might get rejected again... So my question is

Will her Dubai visa be revoked since we are getting married?
Would moving to Dubai be wise to be with my wife till she gets her PR.? What is the job market like there at the moment?

Thanks

Hi People!

I need some help here regarding POF. I have two accounts in ENBD, one is saving and other is current. My current account is the one I use, and this is the one my Salary is credited in. The balance in this account is way more than what I need to show to IRCC. However, I keep my Savings account empty.
I have a car loan from DIB, and they do direct debit from my Savings account every month. So what I do is, I credit the loan amount in to my Savings every month, and it is debited automatically by DIB leaving the balance again to Zero. I have just one CC from ENBD and the outstanding balance is Zero.
The question I am trying to ask here is, Do I have to provide details of both ENBD accounts and DIB car loan as well, or just bank statements and balance certificate for ENBD salary account will be enough? I appreciate your help!

You have to show all the ENBD accounts you hold. As for the DIB car loan, you dont have to show as i also had a car loan from Noor Bank and they would directly debit from my ENBD current account on a monthly basis and i didnt declare anything.

Thanks bro! Your reply has given me peace of mind. Which stage your application is at?

Actually i hv applied through them...
N i got really worried
I hv seen most of the comments that they are fraud only etc...
Yes even I saw the comments and got worried until I got my ita. In fact they were the ones who resubmitted my application because my points were low, I just has 413 points and got the ita in May. I suggest you don't worry, after I got my ita I saw how professionally they handled everything. Since when are you in the pool?

No problem, I was in the same boat as you, my application was stuck because of my low points , I saw all the comments online and wondered if I made a mistake, but I honestly think that not all people can be successful when it comes to immigration and maybe they posted those comments.

I'm from Bangalore! May I ask what's your crs score?

Dear All,

Have a query regarding informing CIC of change of address of sibling who is a citizen of Canada....

I submitted my application for PR via express entry on Oct 1, 2017.

As my sibling is a citizen of Canada i was asked to provide documents to prove sibling relationship, proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling and proof of residency in Canada of sibling.

I provided my siblings Canadian passport details, utility bills and birth certificate.

At the time, my sibling was in the process of moving homes but had not started receiving bills at his new address.

So i provided the utility bill for proof of residence of his old home. He still owns the home but has since moved out and it is now is on rent. I asked him if his bills to his old home were still addressed to him. He said they are now addressed to the renter.

He has now started receiving bills at his new address which he also owns.

My query or dilemma is whether I inform CIC of his change of address to prove residency. If i don't does it count as misrepresentation as i just submitted my application at the beginning of this month.

He still owns the old home. So is it necessary for me to inform CIC at the moment or should I wait for a few months or not inform them at all.

If i do need to inform CIC what is the process for it...Do i fill out the IRCC form and make a CSE?

I was reading through the instructions on the CIC website and it says that I cant add any additional documents now since I have submitted my application. If they need any additional docs or have any queries they will send me a message.

I am a little concerned as we have worked hard on our application and don't want anything to go awry due to silly mistakes or misrepresentation. As it is the processing will take more time due to deferred medical on account of my pregnancy.

Has anyone else faced such a problem?

Advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
