Hello Fourm,
I am just checking and trying to get network with any person who got the Visa, through London CIC without completing the requirment of police character. certificate? ?
I am in reallly hard situation in not providing them the police Character certificate as my name is Black listed in Abudhabi Police? I need to know what are the chances of getting success?
FYI: I recieved my Medical and Done it already? CIC ask me and my wife for the PCC from UAE and I have provided PCC only for my wife not for me... by the way, I sent CIC london a letter of explaination that Why I cant provide the PCC from UAE and what exactly is the situation, and tried to explain them my innocence.. No reply Yet from them ....
Experts Please advice and if anyone of you got any situation that is " success without the PCC".... Please share with me...............

A very difficult situation indeed!
Even if your name is Blacklisted, can you still get your PCC (at the most they will write comments on that)
I think explaining the reasons of those comments will be better than not giving PCC at all.
I dont think a Visa without PCC is possible.
I hope I am proven wrong and they will accept your explaination and you get your visa

Well Pray for me. Dubai Police has denied me the PCC. as they said someone has made a case against me after my permenent Departure from the country. so silly of them that some one can filed up a case against me even if I am not there.....
so they want me to come to resolve this case. my question is ehat if the same person or some other person may filed a case after resolving the same one. who will be responsible for this??? I am totally confused...
Please pray for me,, others please comment if you know anyone got success without PCC.

one man had filled a case aganst me in Abudhabi, which says that I took money form him, he filled case on the date after my final exit from the country.
this case is in computers so they denied issuing a PCC to my family there in Dubai.

Its sad to hear that, can you please us give some info why your name is blacklisted in abudabhi? because my sister is also worried that she cant get PCC in dubai because she run away in her employer because this employer was keeping her passport and she stayed only 6 months in dubai.

Canada 121,
A Pcc in UAE is known as GOOD CONDUCT CERTIFICATE. If a person is blacklisted the question does not arise at all giving a certificate with comments on it.

If u r innocent try to arrange a visit visa thru Air Arabia and land in U.AE. In immigration itself u will be arrested. No probs surrender urself. Maybe u will be produced in court for the hearing and its a long process and finally the judge will proclaim whether u r innocent after hearings and u producing ample proof of ur innocence. My advice is to find out who has put the complain and resolve this matter ammicably from where u are living currently. The complainant can withdraw the case and u will be removed from black list.

Clarify the following points 1. Are you really guilty or its fake case ? 2. Has he filed criminal case or civil case ? 3. What document do you think he submitted in court to show that you took money from him ? 4. How did you exit uae - by visa cancellation or fled the country (like over 6 months stay etc) or by deportation ? |

There is some chance in my opinion ..... It depends on the case, like is the verdict passed or case in process, is it criminal or civil, and nature of case. In this case, I believe judgment was passed in suspect's absence, so all these points will help how to get police clearance certificate. Basically Canada do not want anyone who is threat to Canada ... |

Hire a immigration lawyer and let him do the talking to CHC..... on your own you may not stand a chance to convince CHC of your innonce.

From Dubai here are the answers... of your questions
Clarify the following points
1. Are you really guilty or its fake case ? it is completley A fake case
2. Has he filed criminal case or civil case ? I believe this is a civil case , he has mentioned that I took money form him and without returning it back I flew away....
3. What document do you think he submitted in court to show that you took money from him ? I have no Idea, in Abu dhabi or Al ain there is no need to present evidence to file a case. any one can just write an application in arabic and file a case against anyone... this is what UAE nationals are doing to give others a hard time. and expats learnt this way and take an advantage of the same....
4. How did you exit uae - by visa cancellation or fled the country (like over 6 months stay etc) or by deportation ? I properly cancel my visa from my company and exit very legally form Dubai , infact i stayed there for a week after cancellation of my visa. I also have the visa cancellation papers recieved from the Dubai Air port.
