Today I received my passport with visa stamped on it. My timeline for final stage was as follows:

Passport requested: 13 August
Passport sent to CHC London: 16 August
eCAS changed to DECISION MADE (and postal address removed): 31 August
Passport with visa received: 7 September

I wish all forum members best of luck; and extend my heartiest gratitude to those who guided me through their comments on this forum.

No, I was not asked for inverview, this requiremet was waived as I seen in my CAIPS notes.
