Today i received my application back rejected after waiting for more then two months. The application says it is rejected because i failed to provide the visa office name.
I am really very upset. I think i need to go through immigration consultant only . There is no use applying by self.
I had made sure everything is there but did not came across this things in any of forums.
If possible please suggest me some good immigration consultant.I am thinking about Protech immigration but kinda scared.
Does somebody has experience working with them ?

thanks,

Sorry to hear about it. There is no need for the consultant if your case is straight forward. if you fill the forms correctly using the guide provided by them. You can correct mistake(s) and send your application again.

Visa office is very musy critical. You have to provide this information. If they would have approve your application, they had no clue where to send your information for further processing.

My case is very straight but really i am upset and do not want to make the same mistake again. I read on this forum that people apply themselves so thought to do so. I regularly checked in the forums about the cases got rejected and took care of all things in the application but unfortunatley i missed on the first form itself. I am really not sure if it will go through again also. I do not want to waste two months again over this.
The consultants normally charge a lot around $2000 which is a big amount and it does not  makes sense to give this money but i think rather is waiting so much time ad going through agony and pain it is easy to go through a professional.
BTW is there anybody who provide service to just check the application documentation in US ?

Jindal how about scanning your documents and sharing with one of the community member who is already cleared the initial stages. See you have only one mistake i.e. Missing Visa Office Name, which isnt a big one.

I feel motivated with your words.
Is there any members located in California who would like to help me reviewing the application ?

I had made sure everything is there

But you didn't include Visa Office, so not everything was there. It must be tough, but good luck next time my friend.
