I agree with Cappuccino... Do not give up and send the entire application back to CHC with visa fees and send repeated letters requesting them to review.. My application was rejected last year in Oct on unfair grounds, I sent appeal letters to CHC delhi and they reopened my case... t1 year later I am in Canada...

All the best

Could you please share, what they mentioned in the rejection letter about the refund.

"The processing fees that you have paid are refundable. You will receive a cheque within eight to twelve weeks"

I had given a letter on the company letter head signed by the Personnel manager. It had "my full name, Starting date, finishing date, number of hours per week worked, Contact details of the person who issued your letter, Salary details, Desgination & full duties performed'.

If the visa office had anything clarify, they could have verified with the company.

I am not sure why they directly rejected my case.

Hi,

Sorry to hear that, would you please share the job duties mentioned in your reference letter.

Thanks,

If it is mentioned on the letter about refunding the processing fees then it means your application did not reach processing stage.

They refuse your application at "Eligibility review" stage only. This is really strange and weird.

My ECAS status says " Visa office eligibility review complete" after i received the rejection letter.

My application was received by the New Delhi Visa Office on Feb 10, 2010 & i received the rejection letter on Nov 1st 2010.

Does the VO take 8 months to make an eligibility review?

I will have to wait for CAIPS notes before sending a reconsideration letter & hope they re-open my case.

I have sent the "Use of Rep" form to my rep for requesting CAIPS.

Hi ,

It really took too much time to decide upon your job duties, this step supposed to be done at PPS stage (point of paper screening). do not give up and go for appeal. please allow me to repeat my request to share your job duties mentioned at your reference letter. may be it contained accounting related technical terminologies that was not clear to the VO.

Good Luck
