Hello,

My laywer e-mailed me this afternoon that they have recd the quebec selection certificate this afternoon. Our interview was waived and selection certificate was sent to the lawyer.

Timeline

July 6th - Documents mailed by lawyer
August 7th - Acknowledgement from Quebec
Nov 5th - Interview waiver and selection certificate recd.

I'm delighted at not having to display my french language skills.

I believe the law firm representing me and my family sent the application to

Direction de l'immigration économique - Amérique du Nord
285, rue Notre-Dame Ouest, rez-de-chaussée, bureau G-15
Montréal (Québec) H2Y 1T8
Canada

Thanks!!

1. I am an aerospace engineer (US degree + 4 yrs work exp in US)
2. Filed under Quebec Skilled worker program. (My profession falls under the most sought after list)
3. Just started learning basic french...thankfully I do not have to demonstrate my french language skills.

Last but not the least, the law firm representing me is awsome...without their expertise, i could have never got the CSQ with an interview waiver.

Good luck!

Hi Mtlguy,
Could you share the name of the Law Firm that represented you?
