Got P.R. on the basis of AEO. can we change employer?

if i am PR on the basis of AEO and  get better opportunity with other company within six months of getting PR. Can i change employer or have to stick with same employer for certain period of time?

Once u landed in Canada u dont need to be associated with the same employer,u can change it rite after u arrive or may be the employer doesnt want u to hire..in both case u PR doesnt hurt

can you tell me the process of aeo I have filed my case as bookkeeper on july08 which is not in 38 list . I have a friend in canada he told me that i will help you to arrange employment for me but he does not know the procedure can you tell me the procedure of arrange employment.
I heard from somebody that aeo to be certify from hrsdc
pls help
