I applied under CEC and recieved PPR yesterday. I had already applied under FSW2 in Dec 2010. What would i have to do to withdraw my FSW2 as i have got PPR under CEC or should i wait untill visa is stamped. Pls reply

Hello Ane, Congratulation. Unfortunately I don't have the answer to your question. You can probably call a lawyer and get that questions answered for free. I appreciate if you could kindly tell me if there was a reference of any of the below statements in the email or the letter that your received for PPR. "It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent resident status. “ or "We have completed the initial assessment of your application and expect to finalize your application without a personal interview." or "This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada, Your interview has been waived." or "This refers to your application for permanent residence within Canada on humanitarian and compassionate grounds." thanks very much |

Just send a letter with your passport requesting the withdrawal of your FSW application . |

I sent mt passport to get the visa stamped. I did notwithdraw my FSW2 application yet. Is there any problem. My E cas shows a decision has been made. What would i do now. Please suggest |
