I thought that you have received PPR by looking at font size and big bold letters. You are right in saying that no one has received any PPR since Oct or even Sept from London CHC. There are also other threads which are discussing the same issue. London CHC is out of quota for visas for this year although they won't admit. Few PPR will likely to be issued mid Dec or early Jan.

I don't think anyone has received PPR since August/September. I don't know why London CIC would have run out of PPR as it is the largest processing centre handling applications from several countries. Did my medicals in August and no PPR yet!!

Hi,

I received Medical/RPRF request letter dated 20.08.10 and till date no news from them!! When I sent an inquiry last month, they replied in one sentence, "we confirm receipt of RPRF payment".

If am correct, from Sep onwards no one got PPR request from London. Some applicants got reply from London stating "we hope to sent PPR request by Dec-Jan 2011 only".

May be they are exhausted with quota etc etc. But one more thing we have to note that, one of the fastest Visa Office, CHC New Delhi is also not sending PPR request like earlier, even though some are getting request.

Lets wait for December!!!! and the new year may give hope to all of us.

All the best my friends and wish you a happy waiting!!!!

According to trackitt.com there are applicants from london who have received their passport request in spetember and october, so I am not so sure about this quota. I just think it is totally random and noone has managed to figure out in which way they work.
Waiting since July to get PPR.

Historically speaking, there is a quota for each CHC. I came across this and i think it might be useful information for us all.

The overall annual quota, expressed by the government as “target numbers” of visas, for the Buffalo, N.Y., office is about 24,500. The Buffalo mission currently has an inventory of approximately 45,000 applicants. On the other hand, the Canadian mission in New Delhi, India, has an annual quota of only 10,500 against a pending inventory of approximately 135,000 cases.

At missions in India, China, the Philippines, Pakistan and Syria, processing delays of 4 to 8 years exist. These are clearly the "under performing" missions. They are under performing because their resources are strategically allocated by Ottawa to ensure underperformance.
