Hello All,
Yesterday i got PPR by mail, problem is, our medicals are expiring in october, its really very tight for me, my medicals were delayed cos my wife was pregnant when they first came and we needed to include the baby after delivery, this we did in June, i had expected PPR almost immediately so we could have ample time to tidy things up before leaving, unfortunately, it didnt come till yesterday, my work requires abt 3mths for proper handing over, i knw we can land and come back, but i always wanted to avoid this, as it will be very expensive considering the family size, does anyone knw if i can write CHC requesting re-medicals, also do we need to wait till this one expires before being ordered to redo them, help pls!!

if ur medical expires then u will loose the chance to land, dont do this better go land and come back, these petty things will always come when u take bold decisions. so dont wait until ur medical expires go ahead and land. happy landing.

first of all, congratulations mate, secondly can't you manage to go there, leave your family there and come back on ur own to finish off the things? if you are principal applicant than i am not sure if you go on ur own and comeback and go back later with ur family once everything is sorted.

I agree with ahmad you should go land as the principal applicant then return for your family, otherwise you may have to go thru the whole process again, I know it's costly but it really is the best idea and then return when your affairs are in order with the rest of your family.

Congratulations and all the very best

Life is always full of challenges. Yes, the time is short but the task at hand is achievable. If there's a will, there would certainly be a way by God's grace.

Your preparation for everyone's landing starts now! Beat the deadline and later return if u wish to prepare more adequately.

Congrats and happy landing.

There sure must be a genuine issue about your dilemma, but there is no other option other than, to go to Canada before ur visa expires.

The rules are getting stricter by the day. No point losing this chance & reapplying.
Good Luck!!

I want to believe Adebola Kazeem is not a kid.If he truely desires to migrate to canada he will not be talking of all these petty issues when the visa is at stake. My advice is not diff from other.Pls go and land and secure ur visa than loosing it on flimpsy reasons.
If u find it really difficult to land now, contact ur visa office and ask for advice.Congrats and all the best.

Hello All,
Yesterday i got PPR by mail Congrats, problem is No problem man. That's what you have been praying for, how then can it be...., our medicals are expiring in october, its really very tight for me, my medicals were delayed cos my wife was pregnant Great newswhen they first came and we needed to include the baby after delivery, this we did in June Congrats again, luck man! Cool, i had expected PPR almost immediately Don't we all. Man proposes... so we could have ample time to tidy things up before leaving The day you applied you already know things can work either way. You had placed your and family on notice., unfortunately, it didnt come till yesterday, my work requires abt 3mths for proper handing over That's cry baby! Cool, i knw we can land and come back, but i always wanted to avoid this, as it will be very expensive considering the family size I agree, but considering the effort and pains involved with this process I will advise that you endure the cost to gain your future., does anyone knw if i can write CHC requesting re-medicals That will be a silly move. Just go ahead and land with all your family members. Take it that you are on summer break. You can then gather yourselves together properly., also do we need to wait till this one expires before being ordered to redo them, help pls!! Do the right thing dude! Run to the airport and jet out immediately Cool Grin

Thank you all so much i appreciate your valuable suggestions, we shall celebrate your visas too very soon.  I guess the handwritting is already on the wall, was just worried incase the visas arent issued on time, btw, Iwin II, sometimes when people ask questions on this forum, you should know that the narration is jst on the periphery, the underlying issues are definately deeper, thanx for your thoughts though!
