GOT NEW AOR WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

Hi ,i have submitted my full application to CIC islamabad on 2nd week of june .after two weeks my status had not changed but on last tuesday my status has changed to like my application has recieved and pending for review .Today i got letter dated  july to get my my new file number with following wordings here is it
    This is acknowledgement receipt of your application for permanent residence in canada at this office on date mention that was middle 2nd week of june
     This is to advise you that your application for permanent residence has beem transferred to our office from the Case Intake Office Sydney and has been determined eligible for further processing
 Two more paragraph how to communicate and about new file number ,but when i checked my ecase with this new aor still unchanged like recieved by visa office .If it is in pendingf so what isthe meaning of second paragraph ,kindly replyy plzzz thanks and takecare

this means that your local visa office has informed you that your application is eligible for processing and they have started procesing your case

Thanks alot DEAR but my e status mentions we have recieved your application only not started my processing and this letter says started what do u think about this two sided difference ,kindly reply plzz

sometimes e-status may not have been updated with latest update on your application , it might be updated soon.

To  my understanding a letter from your visa office with such clear words is a good news.., u should not be concerned at all.

Relax , everything is on right track.
