finally got it scheduled for 5th sep.

Dude I got my schedule for 6th Sept but I went to IOM and litterally BEGGED for an early appointment (even shed a few lies of loosing my admission and stuff) and they gaved me medical the next day XP

my advice go get it done personally and tell them its URGENT ~

Nice! But I could use the time to complete the rest of the application as well. How long do they take for the results?

Well basically they do all the test the same day, in the end they send you to a different lab to get your X-ray done and thats it, your free.(atleast whathappened at IOM)
then they send your results to India, then back to Islamabad(this all process takes atleast 1 week), then you get your Visa or maybe Rejetion after 1 to 3 weeks ~

Anyways best of luck ~

IELTS Request: Waived
Med's Request: 27 July from embassy, got PP back via Gerry's visa dropbox on 29th July
Med's Done....: 30 July, 2011 (medical reports were likely to be forwarded on August 5, 2011 from Ali Medical Centre, ISB)
VISA ISSUED...: 27 August,2011
LANDED..........: 9th September, 2011

yep, its written on the call letter for medical. CHC ISB send the medical reports of applicants at New Dehli - India for further review...

maybe they should start sending the complete application to new dehli as well, their processing times are like 4 times faster than islamabad
