Hello,
I have submitted my application under federal skilled worker class on 18 August, 2011. I have recieved my elgibilty approved letter in mid of november from Nova scotia office. then my application was forwared to london visa office wch is my corresponding visa office.
I thought i wld recieve another eligibility letter from visa office as well...but instead i got the medical request now thorugh post mail. they have also asked for the right of fee.
so can u help me in determining tht wht stage i hv reached. like does a medical request means tht i got my eligibilty approval from visa office as well... or if they r asking me for right of fee as well then does it means tht i am approved from visa office aswell.
kindly give me a detail answer.

Beats my imagination though, how an August 2011 applicant can receive MR in January 2012! -:)

I just hate this phrase used by VOs:
"... applications are processed in the order they are received..."

well london visa office issued me the letter on 5th January, 2012..nd i recieved it on 11th janauary, 2011.
wow means our MR's were on same van and then on same plane  Mine also reads 5-1-12 and received on 11-01-12. good luck bro. |
