The Ministerial Instructions state that an applicant has to have a MINIMUM of one full year in one of the 38 or 29 NOC occupations (depending on date of application)  You have been assessed as meeting that minimum standard and your four years will be considered when calculating your full points.  Good luck with your progress.

caips is a software application which is used by visa officers across world to process visa applications.  yes u can apply caips notes which tells u everything tht has been put into ur file by ur visa officer i.e vo notes bring forward dates (dates when ur applicatioj will be opened) etc.u can either authorize anyone in canada to obtain caips on ur behalf or use commercial services from various organizations tht charge u for obtaining ur caips. i used  www.caipsnotes.com  website thrice for obtaining my caips nd u can use the same

I am not too familiar with the pre-26 June application process, but I believe you will get instructions to provide ALL your documents within a specific time frame, to be sent to your VO.  This probably includes IELTS (less than 2 years old) and up to date PCC (less than 3 months old).  Again I am not an authority so hopefully someone who is familiar with your application process will confirm this.

ANUJ.

on the basis of data you produced above: it can be concluded that

Current Bring  Forward date is 24/06/2011 (Visa officer will look at your file on this date)
CIO has recommended you to concerned visa office Buffalo on basis of their assessment that you have minimum of one year of work experience in one of the categories which is on ministerial list. No initial assessment by VO has been taken on your file yet.

Good luck

When is it advisable to order CAIPS notes.

And guys when we give our personal info to the Websites (for getting CAIPS), is it safe?
