dear all
need your help to fill out the IMM 5563 form
my brother is in canada from last 10 years and he is applying CAIPS for me
1- The third part there are two columns on reads Access to information act and the other is Privacy act. This is confusing as I do not which column and the subsequent subsections are applicable. I just want caips notes not the photocopy of my entire file. Please advise which one is applicable and what is to be left blank/ticked in the subsections. I have read in other forum that people ticked the wrong boxes and got the entire file photocopied and sent to them.
please help
