 1) One thing also I did the London Chamber of Commerce and Royal Society of Arts  exams in my home country, in secondary school and they saw it and thought that I studied in London , so he is  asking me for Police certificate from London I have never lived there .

2) Also I attended an international conference in the USA for 1 month and I have seen in the Caip Notes they require me with FBI report.

What  should i do?


 3) I also saw a number of Documents listed in the Caips notes notes but i had sent some of them, it is written they needed them, but they have never requested me to s end them.  In this case what should i do?


Hmmm I now understand why my file has been delayed. The person is so confused with the file.

I think, you need to wait on this, and if officially they say, then only you need to send that.
in my CAIPS, it was written that they are not satisfied with date of birth certificate, but its almost 6 months to that comment, they have not asked me to re-submit or send another proof of DOB.

Hmmm I now understand why my file has been delayed. The person is so confused with the file.

no man no need to crying be happy becoz many applicants got almost same caipsnotes like you and also include me they only give us age 10 point and other are on pending , its not means that we are fail and till no w they didnt do work on our file and status is pending, so be relaxed and always pray.

I am a 2009 applicant and my time , 2nd AOR received on August 2009 and file went in process of June 29 2010.  So waiting for Medicals.

I ordered Caip and discovered many things that were delaying my file.  They are asking me FBI when i visited the USA for 10 days and also asking me police certificate for  international exams i took at British Council in my home town.When they saw the certificate he thought i studied in Britain. The Visa Officer is so incompetent. He is French and my documents are in English and he knows nothing about English. That is why my case has delayed also.

Dont worry Buddy, your file i believe is under background check, once verified, you will see the points,
seniors may comment further, but as far as i know, it all looks normal, once thing,since u passed your
