Got Medical Req. frm Buffalo in FSW

At first congratulation.

i see from your past posts that your case is not arranged employment offer (category 2) it is category (3) people who have been living legaly in canada for at least one year as an international students or foreign workers.

That is why they are asking you for a proof of funds.

Actually am confused about your case, you stated in the following post that your application was in process in Buffalo visa office since October 2008 !!

You stated as well in the following post that you have sent your first application to Sydney nova scotia on May 15 2009 and got a positive reply on July 16 2009 !!
