Hi,

I have applied for Canadian PR on Dec 2003 to New Delhi and got AOR on Jan 2004. I got married on 21st of March 2006. So do I need to fill and submit any Canadian Immigration Form containing information of my spouse?

How many documents (photos, Birth Certificate, passport copy etc)of my spouse that I have to submit along with marriage certificates?

Can any one help me?

Regards,

1.  See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/skilled.html
2.  Your wife has to submit an IMM 008 plus all the other forms as above, you have to submit an amended IMM 008 and 5406
3.  Follow the instructions for the Delhi Visa office as to the documents that must be submitted. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37029.pdf

hi, my name is D'andrade Browne.  My father got married to a Canadian citizen. I was wondering what period of time is that person required to take care or support our family. If some one can answer this i will appreciate it very much.  Thank you.

1.  3 years for the spouse and 10 years for the dependent children or 25 whichever comes first.
