question:

if you got a job offer or an LMO named after you does it mean that your 100% going to be approved?
chances to get denied?

No, if you don't have the skills or language ability for the position, fail the medical, or have a criminal record, it will be refused

@ nathan you cant do the LMO by yourself..you have to have a job offer from a canadian employer and they will apply for your LMO. the employer needs to advertise 14 days in the job bank that no canadian citizen are available for that job.

@ wsongco - Have a question for you.

LMO requires to advertise 14 days in job bank and what for AEO?
