Hi All, My wife got her student visa today.  I want to thank GOD for all this and also all members of this truly amazing and wonderful forum... enfield,rupak,fahad,royalsting & others thank you so much for the information you all gave......no consultant.....I did the entire paper work with some valuable inputs from you. Hi, Congratulations to you and your wife. *You can apply for a visa as well but it doesn't mean your approval (on the basis of your spouse visa) would be automatic. You still need to prove/show intentions of leaving Canada as well as required funds to maintain yourself. Once in Canada, you can easily apply for OWP (Open Work Permit) which shall remain valid as long as the validity of your spouse student visa. You should NOT expect any further OWP based on your spouse PGWP. All the best. |
